My favorite movie

3. Characters ... The key person is Deloris Van Cartier, a woman who become a nun from a Reno lounge singer. This is acted by Whoopi Goldberg. The three of her friends are Sister Mary Robert, Sister Mary Lazuras and Sister Mary Patrick.

4. Conflict ... Despite the best efforts of the sisters and staff, the school's administrator, Mr. Crisp is working to convince the diocese to close St. Francis Academy, thinking it has better use as a parking lot.

5. What happens? ... The choir which is formed by Deloris and her students won the first prize of music competition, thereby saving St. Francis from closure.
